David H. Luding has been recognized by the International Association of Who’s Who as one of ‘America’s Most Influential Entrepreneurs’.

Mr. Luding is a highly experienced HCM (Human Capital Management) senior professional and the president of DHLuding Consulting Inc. With a career that spans over 27 years, Luding has become a trusted expert in managing key HR functions such as absence, time, pay, schedules, compensation, and workforce management. His expertise also extends to core HR roles related to job and position management.

Throughout his career, Luding has held various roles, including team lead, functional analyst, business architect, trainer, and facilitator. He is a certified PeopleSoft HRIP (Human Resource Information Professional) and has successfully completed more than 200 projects for companies worldwide.

Before establishing DHLuding Consulting Inc., Luding worked as an independent contractor on diverse HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) applications, collaborating on projects involving systems like PeopleSoft, ABRA, Ceridian, and Kronos. His professional history also includes service as an intelligence specialist for the United States Air Force, where he contributed to classified military projects.

Beyond his consulting work, Luding actively participates in industry organizations, including S.H.R.M. (Society for Human Resource Management), I.H.R.I.M. (International Association for Human Resource Information Management), and P.M.I. (Project Management Institute), reinforcing his dedication to the field of HR and workforce solutions.

Luding earned his Bachelor of Science in General Studies from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1992. When he’s not immersed in his professional endeavors, he enjoys leisurely activities such as walking, exploring garage and estate sales, and watching movies.
